The following prices are participation fees for stand space only per square meter of exhibition space. They do not include designing, planning or building your stand or setup and dismantling, which you can take care of yourself.

Easy Package

Book an all-inclusive package including stand construction and equipment in the accompanying exhibition in Hall C6.
Present your innovative solutions - reach your target audience with minimal effort.


Our Full-Service package Easy includes:

  • 9 m² stand area
  • Stand construction system incl. assembly and dismantling, electrical connection and 1x logo printing
  • Two free exhibitor passes
  • Additional participation costs already included (Fixed waste disposal, Mandatory communication fee, AUMA fee and energy cost surcharge)

Package price: EUR 7,900.00 plus VAT


Please note: Additional services, such as graphic printing and WLAN, can be booked individually via the stand builder MEPLAN or the Exhibitor Shop.

* Mandatory communication fee
The obligatory communication contribution includes the basic entry in the trade fair catalog (online and mobile, if applicable). For further information, please refer to Special Conditions of Participation B (B10).

** Fixed waste-disposal fee
The flat-rate waste disposal fee covers the disposal of waste generated by the exhibitor on his stand during construction, dismantling and the duration of the trade fair. The disposal of production waste, entire stand elements and complete exhibition stands is excluded from this.

*** AUMA charge
The Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) charges all exhibitors a fee. This is charged by Messe München and paid directly to AUMA.

**** Advance payment
The advance payment will be offset against the services actually ordered on the final invoice after the trade fair.
