Exhibitor shop – Your order center for your trade fair participation

The Exhibitor Shop for digitalBAU helps ensure your participation in the trade fair is a success. In the shop you can place and manage all your orders connected with your participation. It´s easy and quick – online. And you can find out there about all the services offered for the fair.


The exhibitor shop for digitalBAU 2024 will be available from October 2023.



As an exhibitor, you also have the opportunity to book one of the limited sponsor packages and forum slots in the exhibitor forum and increase your media reach in the process. Through your advertising measures at digitalBAU, you address your target group directly without scatter loss es.

Order exhibitor passes and vouchers

The ticketing system for digitalBAU is a great way to organize your tickets and passes for the fair. Via this system you can send vouchers to customers inviting them to come and visit you at the show. And you can allocate exhibitor passes to your employees. It´s quick and easy, and a perfect way to manage all your tickets and passes.

Each exhibitor at the show receives a contingent of free exhibitor passes, depending on the size of the booth booked. The number of free tickets is displayed during the registration process. The exhibitor passes (free or paid for) must be ordered in the Exhibitor Shop.

Listed on your final invoice are all the exhibitor passes that were actually used at the event. There will be no charge for free exhibitor passes or for vouchers that were not used. The remaining, paid-for exhibitor passes, which were outside the contingent of free passes, will be charged at a rate of €30 plus VAT per pass.

Number of free exhibitor passes:
booth size up to 20 m² = 2 free exhibitor passes
every additional 10 m² = 1 additional free exhibitor passes

You can order your exhibitor passes and vouchers via the exhibitor shop under the category Tickets.

Important note! You need an exhibitor pass or work permit during setup and dismantling: Please note that for security reasons in Cologne, only people with a valid work permit for set-up and dismantling will be allowed on site during those periods. Work permits are available for download free of charge via the Koelncongress order portal (via the Exhibitor shop).
