EQUA's IDA Indoor Climate and Energy (IDA ICE) building simulator allows users to immerse themselves in the extended virtual reality of the future building operation already in the early planning phase. This means that the costs of different design options and their combinations are known even before the relevant decisions are made. The influence of the different options on energy demand and comfort can be quantified with the necessary accuracy.
